The Direct Beachfront has spectacular million dollar views out over the Gulf of Mexico. This really beautiful direct beachfront condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and directly overlooks the crystal blue waters that stretch out to the horizon.  In the mornings enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony to the sound of the Gulf gently lapping on the edge of the sands and in the evenings sip a cocktail and watch our spectacular Florida sunsets light up the sky over the water as the sun slips down over the horizon. 

 

As well as having the perfect serenely beautiful beachfront location,Direct Beachfront is really conveniently located for trying out several of our delicious ice-cream parlours!  Also within a few minutes walk from your front door thereare several breakfast places to visit, a Crepe Restaurant that ispopular with visitors and locals alike and the local pizzariaconsistently produces some of the best pizzas in town.  If you don't want to drive to the local grocery store 5 minutes away, just walk across to the 7 Eleven convenience store for the basics.  Life here is so easy!

 

Nestled right on the edge of 7 glorious miles of white sugar sand beaches at the north end of the idyllic Coquina Beach area of Anna Maria Island, this amazing condo will sleep up to 8 comfortably. From the living area and the balcony you can watch dolphins frolicking in the azure seas of the Gulf of Mexico and sailboats drifting by on the horizon. Swim in the heated pool, step straight onto the sands or stroll the beaches looking for sand dollars and seashells.  This is a beach lovers heaven.

 

The decor reflects the colors of the Gulf of Mexico; aquamarine and crystal blue accented with natural elements of ivory, cream, wheat and white and complimented by island style southern living furnishings.  Large glass sliders lead out onto the balcony, perfect for checking out the beach and watching Florida's spectacular sunsets as the sun slips gently down over the Gulf. lighting up the sky with red and gold.  For relaxing moments, entertainment goes hand in hand with technology: High Definition LCD TV and stereo; there is a TV in every room.  Keep in touch with family, friends and business with high-speed wireless Internet.  If you do not have your laptop, an iMac computer and printer are available for renters to use.  You also have the benefit of long distance to USA, Canada, and all USA territories (Puerto Rico, etc.)

 

Just across the street in the island's historic Bridge Street, discover an interesting mix of cute small shops and some great restaurants. At the end of Bridge Street are the pretty Bradenton Beach clock tower and a long wooden pier that extends out into the waters of the Bay.  If you enjoy fishing it is a great spot to cast a rod over into the water to catch your lunch or just stroll out to watch sailboats and cruisers meandering by. Direct Beachfront is close to Bradenton Beach Marina, so if you want to rent a boat, or find a mooring, it is just a short walk away.

Living Area

Views, views, views! When you first walk through your front door at Direct Beachfront you are immediately drawn to the spectacular view of the water that awaits you through the glass sliders and out onto the balcony.


The decor of the open plan living area reflects the Gulf using aquamarine, crystal blue and the natural colors of cream, ivory, wheat, white and pale sea green complemented by island style rattan furnishings. The glass dining table & the dining chairs continue this theme.


State of the Art technology goes hand in hand with entertainment. There is a 47" High Definition LCD TV for watching DVDs or HBO plus stereo for listening to your favorite CDs. Keep in touch with family, friends and business with Ultra high-speed wireless Internet access and free unlimited nationwide calling to USA, Canada and US Territories.

Kitchen

The galley style kitchen has gleaming granite countertops and cherry wood cabinets. Appliances include range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. When you are not walking over the Bridge Tender Inn or visiting another of the local restaurants for lunch or dinner, the kitchen contains everything you will need to fix meals from a snack to a full evening dinner, including pots, pans, dishes and silverware.


There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

After a hard day at the beach, a good night's sleep is assured on comfortable brand new high quality beds with pillow top mattresses superior linens.


The Master bedroom suite has a king size bed, walk through closet and a private bathroom with a double shower. It also has great view of the water to wake up to in the morning. Imaging lying in bed looking out over the azure seas of the Gulf of Mexico.


Bedroom 2 has a queen-size four-poster bed.


Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.


There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area so up to 8 persons can be accommodated within the charge. No extra guests allowed.

Bathrooms

The private Master bathroom has a double shower, while the second bathroom with tub and shower.


Bathrooms are both supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

Incredible unobstructed views of the Gulf and convenient for shops and restaurants, Direct Beachfront is located in the perfect position. Walk directly out onto the beach to enjoy 7 miles of soft white sugar sands.


Guest have undercover parking for two cars and the building is is fronted by tall palm trees. The swimming pool has shady areas to relax in. Laze by the pool, take a swim, stroll the beach and take a dip in the crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico.


From the east exit, walk across the street and you will find several ice cream parlours, three breakfast restaurants to choose from, a crepe restaurant and some of the island's best pizza. Just up the street find the 7Eleven convenience store for essentials. Everything is within a few minutes walk - so convenient. Directly opposite Direct Beachfront take the turning into Anna Maria Island's historic Bridge Street area with its eclectic mix of small shops, restaurants and some great restaurants.


At the end of Bridge Street, on the bayfront you will find the large clock tower and the Bradenton Beach Pier. The pier is formed from part of the old original wooden bridge that crossed the inter-coastal waterway to the mainland.


If you like to fish, cast a line from pier to catch sea trout, snook and redfish to name just a few of our Florida fish. This is also a great spot for watching the sail-boats and elegant cruisers drift by between the island and the mainland.


The Cortez Bridge drawbridge over to the mainland is just a few hundred yards to the north, so access to the mainland is quick and easy. The city of Bradenton is just 10 minutes drive away. Travel south down through the island and after 20 minutes you will arrive in the elegant and vibrant city of Sarasota, known as the cultural center of Florida, alive with shops, restaurants and attractions.
