If you are looking for a vacation destination for your family reunion or a group of families traveling together, then make a reservation at Villa Coconuts. Alternatively, if you are travelling with friends or another family, this property can be split into two separate units so you can both have your own privacy.


Just a two short blocks to the beach, this generous sized vacation home has six bedrooms, a loft, with bunkbeds& a futon four bathrooms and plenty of parking for your large group. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed plus the loft area has a bunk beds and double futon. This older style Florida property sleeps up to 16 persons. The decor is light and airy and the owner has provided books, games and beach toys and a basket with suggestions on what to do and where to go, aiming to think of everything so that you won't have to.


On the first level you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room and the second level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a living room and the loft, plus a private sundeck with view of the beach and the bay.  You can watch the sunset over the Gulf and look out over the waters of Anna Maria Sound, right up as far as the distant Skyway Bridge.


With loads of outdoor living space and an outdoor gas grill, larger parties can enjoy traditional Florida living. Each level has a shady and relaxing covered porch with seating for those relaxing moments. After a visit to the nearby white sand beaches you can come back to the house and rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, then relax on the loungers in the private courtyard area around the 80 degree pool. The pool area is partially covered to provide some welcome shade if needed during the warm summer months.


Villa Coconuts is nestled on a narrow part of Anna Maria Island,just a 250 yard stroll to the beach or one block over to the bay. The trolley stop is just a couple of blocks away and the grocery store, restaurants (many within walking distance) and shopping center are just three or four minutes' drive. For the kids it is just one block to a waterfront park with full playground and basketball courts - great for keeping them amused when they are not at the beach or in the pool.

Living Area

There are two living areas in this property which makes it suitable for a large party or two families traveling together. The decor is traditional no frills Florida style and the owner has thoughtfully provided books and games suitable for all the family.

Kitchen

There are two kitchens, each with range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwashers. The laundry facilities are equipped with two large capacity washers, two dryers, ironing boards and irons.

Bedrooms

All 6 of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and each one is individually decorated, some in warm tropical colors and other in cool pale shades. There is also a loft with bunk beds and a futon so the property will sleep up to 16 persons.

Bathrooms

With four bathrooms to choose from members of your large group can choose tub or shower. Towels are provided for each bathroom.

Outside

Villa Coconuts has a private sundeck with view of the beach and the bay. From this deck you can watch the sun rise over Anna Maria Sound and set over the Gulf of Mexico. There are far reaching views right up as far as the distant Skyway Bridge.
