This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom waterfront house is perched right on the edge of Anna Maria Sound and is located halfway between the two bridges that lead to the mainland.  It has a heated swimming pool in the garden.  The location is quiet and peaceful and the views are spectacular, looking right out over the water towards the mainland.  The sun rising over the water in the mornings is a view that must be seen to be believed, it is a glorious experience.


Just a few minutes' stroll to the beach with 7 miles of white sands, Waterview House is an older property of simple design with decks and balconies.  The pool deck leads out to the boat dock.  Walk out to the end of the dock for a spot of fishing or dolphin watching - you might get really lucky and catch a glimpse of a manatee.

 

At night views are of the moonlight reflected on the water and the twinkling lights over on the mainland. 

 

Sleeps 2 - 8 persons.  Up to 2 more persons allowed subject to extra charge 

 

 

Living Area

The living room in Waterview House has huge sliders that lead out onto a large screened deck overlooking the water, with views out over Anna Maria Sound and over towards the mainland. See dolphins play in the water and sailboats drift by in the gentle breezes.


The decor is simple yet elegant, with large sofas and wooden floors. A large screen TV, DVD, stereo and Hi-Speed DSL internet access make this a great "home from home", so when you are not busy at the pool, at the beach or visiting some of the local attractions you can relax in and catch up on movies, listen to music, watch cable TV and communicate with family, friends & business.

Kitchen

The kitchen and dining area features white cabinets and the appliances include a range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets contain pots, pans, dishes, silverware and small electrical appliances. You can either dine out on the screened balcony overlooking the water or in the dining area.


There is a separate laundry with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms

There are two master bedrooms with queen-size beds: Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and views out over the water, and Bedroom 4 has twin beds.


Linens & quilts are provided.

Bathrooms

Master Bathroom 1 has a whirlpool tub and  double shower.


Master Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and bathroom 3 has tub/shower.


Towels are provided in all the bathrooms.

Outside

Waterside House is in a quiet residential area overlooking Anna Maria Sound. The private boat and fishing dock extends out into the Bay and is a great place for dolphin watching, fishing or just relaxing and watching the sailboats drift by.


A walkway leads from the house to the pool. Electrically heated for year round swimming, the pool is set among with palms and sea grapes. There is patio furniture around the pool and a grill for cook-outs is provided so you can enjoy Florida ourdoor living to the full.


If you can tear yourselves away from the view, you are just three minutes' stroll over to the 7 miles of white sand beaches and a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants.
