Feel a million dollars in La Plage 2, a stunningly beachfront condominium perched right on the edge of the seven miles of white sand that fringe Anna Maria Island. The architecture is gorgeous Mediterranean style and the tropical landscaping is lush with palms and flowering tropical plants.


For larger family groups of up to 8 guests the 4 bedroom/3 bathroom La Plage 2 is the ultimate in luxury beachfront living. On arrival find elegant yet casual top-quality furnishings and sleek design. Soft white, creamy ivory and mint provide a cool background for the tropically influenced furnishings used by the island's foremost professional interior designer.

 

Relax on the comfortable wrap around sofa and watch a DVD or catch up on HBO with your favorite program on the large flat screen TV. Meals can be fixed quickly and easily using the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. A glossy ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer will make short work of preparing meals and snacks. There is washer/dryer in the laundry room.


If you bring your laptop keep in touch with business, family and friends using wi-fi high speed internet access. All calls within the USA are free.


Down by the pool you can have a cook out. Seafood fresh from Cortez fishing village or some great steaks can be served from either the charcoal or gas grills and eaten al fresco under the shady pagoda. To work up a good appetite take a dip in the large heated pool or simply relax your cares away in the massaging waters of the Jacuzzi spa tub or stroll the beach at sunset.

Living Area

When you are not at the beach, the pool or out exploring the island, sit back and relax in the very spacious, luxurious light and airy open plan living area on the hugely comfortable wrap around sofa and easy chairs. Watch HBO, movies and DVDs on the large flat screen plasma TV. The cool decor is ivory, white and pale mint accented by fine artwork and furnished with designer rattan and glowing hardwoods. Large glass sliders lead out onto the balcony.


Serve dinner or lunch in the dining area around the glass topped table. Ffor more casual dining or that early morning cup of coffee sit at the marble top breakfast bar or out on the balcony.

Kitchen

Meals can be fixed quickly and easily using the state-of-the-art kitchen. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A ceramic hob, built in oven & broiler, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave and icemaker will make short work of preparing meals and snacks.


There is washer/dryer in the separate laundry/utility room. Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. For casual dining use the granite topped breakfast bar and for more formal meals the dining area.


There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms have best quality comfortable beds. The large master bedroom suite has king size bed, private balcony, private bathroom and a walk-in closet.


Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and its own private bathroom.


Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds & Bedroom 4 has a comfortable full size sleeper sofa.

Bathrooms

All of the bathrooms have sleek granite countertops and top quality fixtures and fittings. The Master bathroom has a large double shower

Outside

When you arrive at La Plage your first impression will be of the gorgeous Mediterranean style architecture, brick paved driveway and walkways and lush tropical landscaping with huge swaying palms and flowering tropical plants. Park your car in the cool of the garage and take the elevator or the stairs to La Plage 2.


Lay back on the loungers and relax by the large heated pool, take a leisurely swim and take a dip in the Jacuzzi-spa. Cook out with either a gas or charcoal grill and picnic under the shady pagoda by the pool.


Step out from the pool area directly on to the 7 miles of white sand beaches that stretch the full length of the island. Take a stroll the beach at sunset and watch the sky light up with a myriad of golds and reds that are reflected in the Gulf of Mexico as the sun slips over the horizon.
