 La Plage 9 is a 2,500 sq ft beachfront condominium perched right on the edge of the seven miles of white sand that fringe Anna Maria Island. Thearchitecture is gorgeous Mediterranean style. The tropical landscapingis lush with palms and flowering tropical plants. The bedroom/3 bathroom La Plage 9 is  luxury beachfront living.  The island's foremost professional designer has used colorful tropically influenced designs for the decor and top quality furnishings.

 
Relax on the comfortable sofaor easy chairs and watch a DVD or catch up on HBO with your favorite programon the large flat screen TV. Meals can be fixed quickly and easily using the state of the art gourmet kitchen. A glossy ceramic hob, builtin oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer will make short workof preparing meals and snacks. There is washer/dryer in the laundryroom. If you bring your laptop keep in touch with business, family and friends using wi-fi high speed internet access. All calls within the USA are free. Down by the pool you can have a cook out. Seafood fresh from Cortez fishing village or some great steaks can be served from either the charcoal or gas grills and eaten al fresco under the shady pagoda.  To work up a good appetite take a dip in the large heated pool. To relaxyour cares away sit back in the massaging waters of the Jacuzzi spa tubor stroll the beach at sunset.

Living Area

The professionally decorated large open plan living area is light, bright and cheerful with tropically influenced accents in fabrics and rugs, complement by light colored top of the range island style furnishings. Stroll out through the large glass sliders that lead from the living area onto your balcony and enjoy that early morning cup of coffee or breakfast in the early morning sunshine. Casual meals and snacks can be eaten at the granite topped breakfast bar or for more leisurely lunches and dinners use the dining table.


Custom built-in cabinetry and bar area to the side of the living area are a really great addition - perfect for preparing sundowner cocktails to sip on the balcony at sunset or long cool drinks with plenty of ice during the day.


Sit back in the lushly comfortable sofa and enjoy HBO or DVD movies on the large flat screen TV, have the pleasure of liistening to quality surround sound. Keep in touch with busines, family and friends with Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet access or free long distance calls within the USA

Kitchen

Meals can be fixed quickly and easily using the state of the artkitchen. It has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops andwine refridgerator.A ceramic hob, built in oven & broiler, dishwasher, largerefrigerator/freezer, microwave and icemaker will make short work ofpreparing meals and snacks. The custom cabinetry is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. For casual dining use the granite topped breakfast bar and formore formal meals the dining area.


There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

All of the bedrooms have best quality comfortable beds, beautiful linens and quilts to ensure a perfect restful night's sleep.


The large master bedroom suite hasking size bed, private balcony, private bathroom and a walk in closet.


Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed & Bedroom 3 twin beds.

Bathrooms

All of the bathrooms have granite counter tops and first quality fixtures and fittings.


The Master bathroom has a large double "rainwater" shower.

Bathroom 3 is a half bath.


Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

When you arrive at La Plage your first impression will be of the gorgeous Mediterranean style architecture, brick paved driveway and walkways and lush tropical landscaping with huge swaying palms and flowering tropical plants. Park your car in the cool of the garage and take the elevator or the stairs to La Plage 2.


Lay back by the large heated pool, take a leisurely swim and then relax in the Jacuzzi-spa. Cook out with either a gas or charcoal grill and picnic under the shady pagoda by the pool. Step out from the pool area directly on to the seven miles of white sand beaches which stretch the full length of the island. Take a strollthe beach at sunset and watch the sky light up with a myriad of golds and reds that are reflected in the Gulf of Mexico as the sun slips overthe horizon.
