The magnificent 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom Villa Montebello has its own heated private swimming pool. This three-story villa is situated on a quiet avenue in the Holmes Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Enter through beautiful hand forged entrance gates via a Roman brick paved driveway. The gardens are landscaped with palms and other native tropical flowering plants and shrubs, including bougainvillea and hibiscus.


Villa Montebello has pale creamy color washed walls.  Its four balconies are all trimmed with crisp white Italian style balusters giving the house a really glamorous Mediterranean feel. Topped by a low pitch clay barrel tile roof, this spectacular design will really put you in the vacation spirit!


The house is just four minutes' stroll from the glorious white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and a couple of minutes from the bay where you can fish, picnic or enjoy watching the sailboats. It is close to all facilities - doctor, dentist, bank, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, cafe and other shops all within nearby easy walking distance.  The drawbridge that connects the island to the mainland is just a minute's drive away.

Living Area

Take the staircase from the entrance hall up to the living area . There is a good size dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas to relax in after a hard day on the beach and large slider doors that lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the pool area. An exterior staircase from this balcony leads right down to the pool.


Tropically influenced furnishings and natural Saltillo floor tiles give this house a really island feel and the soft creamy decor and large windows make the living area a light, bright and cheerful open plan area.

Kitchen

The open plan living area is right next door to a sun-filled kitchen equipped with ceramic top range, large refrigerator/freezer, over the range microwave/extractor system and separate laundry room. A door leads off from the kitchen on to a balcony so you can enjoy breakfast or that first cup of coffee in the fresh air.


Cabinetry is maple wood and is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, plus small appliances. The laundry room has a large capacity washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and good quality linens.


The Master bedroom suite has a king size bed, large closet, a private balcony and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two full-size beds, a private balcony and its own bathroom.


Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and its own bathroom.

Bathrooms

The Master Bathroom has a large whirlpool tub & shower.


Bathroom 2 is a shower bathroom and bathroom 3 is a shower bathroom.


All bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

Drive in through the large hand made gates and enter the cool of the large garage. The drive, walkways and pool area are all paved with Roman style brick pavers and the landscaping is lush, with huge palms and flowering tropical plants.


The pool is electrically heated and surrounded by a paved sunbathing area. Access to the pool is either by the walkways or down the stairs from the living area.


Have a cook-out by the pool on the grill and then picnic on the poolside furniture. The nearby Publix grocery store sell great steaks and you can plick up wonderful seafood at the nearby Cortez fishing village.
